Recipe: Dill Shrimp Salad (serves 4)
1-1/2 pounds cooked shrimp
1 lemons, juiced
1/2 lime, juiced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1-1/2 green onions, chopped
1-1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Ground black pepper to taste

Combine everything in a large bowl and chill until time to serve.
